There's a family behind every person at Marex, and this year the shipyard opened its doors to prove it. Around 600 family members of Marex employees toured the Kaunas factory for Family Day 2025, seeing exactly where the boats are born.
The day ran with activities for all ages, factory walk-throughs and plenty of laughter — a small window into the culture of a builder that has stayed family-owned since 1973.
Why does that matter to an Australian buyer? Because a family boat built by a family firm tends to be designed by people who actually use them. The obsessive practicality that wins Marex its awards starts with the people on that factory floor.
